Your order will be despatched from our warehouse in Tauranga.

Shipping rates are as follows:

Urban delivery in Tauranga is $4.
Urban delivery in the North Island is $7.
Rural delivery in the North Island is $12.

Urban delivery in the South Island is $9.
Rural delivery in the South Island is $16.

We fulfil orders every morning so your order will usually be on its way the following afternoon. Delivery times can vary but we aim to deliver to the North Island in 2-3 days and South Island in 3-4 days.

If you're not happy with your purchase in the first 30 days we'll take it back and refund you, no questions asked.

We'll even pay the return shipping costs, that's how sure we are you're going to love it!

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of your package being picked up to the return courier, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll send you a return label via email and also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
