Storage Of Personal Information

We are aware that you may be concerned about the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. We have taken many steps – from both technical and systems perspectives – to ensure that all of your information is well protected, however we also recommend that you do not disclose your Account loginID and password to anyone.

Marketing and Advertising

You may choose to opt in to marketing emails from Good Change during the account creation process, via the My Account section on the Good Change website or through a number of clearly marked email newsletter sign-up forms on the Good Change website. If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails / newsletters from us, you can find and click on the unsubscribe link in each of our marketing emails and we will opt you out from receiving future marketing related correspondence.

We may share your information with selected third parties including advertising platforms to present you offers and information about products and services we believe will interest you when you visit other websites. We may sometimes run advertising campaigns where we share your email address and mobile number with Google and Facebook to help us show you relevant content, offers and ads when you visit other websites. This also helps us avoid showing you information about products and services you’ve already purchased.

Credit Card Security

Mobile Terms of Service

The Good Change Store Ltd mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Good Change Store Ltd (“Good Change Store Ltd”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Good Change Store Ltd’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Good Change Store Ltd through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Good Change Store Ltd. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to GoodChange or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Good Change Store Ltd mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

How We Use Your Information

Information about our customers is an important part of our business. We use information collected for customer communication, purchase order processes, personalized interactive shopping experience, and facilitation of customer transactions with corresponding third party marketing partners. For example, an email of confirmation for your account and registration entailing your new or preexisting username and/or password. Further examples are abandoned cart email notifying your incomplete order. Information gathered are as mentioned above utilized to enhance your general experience with the website and our company. Information gathered will be used to answer your enquiries via email or telephone requested by accessing provided consented information on your account. 

On occasion we also send service related announcements and promotional content from approved third party emails that we deem appropriate. 

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button on your newsletter or change your email preferences. Both are available to access at the bottom of each email we send you. 

The information we collect also enables us to optimise our service to you by:

• Greeting you personally and providing improved personalised experience when you visit our website.
• Displaying content and advertisements customized to your preferences and interests. For example, displaying/offering correlated content to information/details provided on your account. Country related special days with special deals for example.

You may change your email preferences, unsubscribe or “opt out” from receiving email newsletters and promotional communications by clicking the "Email Preferences" or  “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any email newsletter.

We conduct surveys, analyse and compile in reports, in aggregated form, with the information that is collected. We use the aggregated information to design the offers of our select partners and sponsors as effectively as possible.

We will also undertake marketing activities and conduct market research for selected third parties and will share the information and results with these third parties.

However, we do not assume responsibility for the publication of the information due to errors during transmission or due to unauthorised access by third parties. We do not monitor the actions of our visitors and registered users.
